How to add New Task on Your Blackberry

BlackBerry's devices are far more efficient than the simple Outlook. A BlackBerry offers more flexibility and, most important, mobility. To create a to-do list on your "CrackBerry", you will only have to follow these easy steps:

- select "Tasks" from the menu and press the track-wheel
- two items will appear on the screen: Find tasks (it shows all the current tasks) or No Tasks (if there aren't any)
- in order to record a first task, select No Tasks, press the trackwheel and select New task from the menu
- now, all you have to do is fill the empty fields - Task, Priority, Due, Time Zone, Reminder, Categories, and Notes; fields like Status, Priority, Due, Time Zone, and Reminder are non-text fields, you will only have to select or de-select them
- once you filled in the required information, press the trackwheel and select Save from the Tasks menu that appears; now you can see this item appearing in the Tasks menu
Now, you can add every new task to your BlackBerry and keep your agenda up-to-date.
