Blackberry Playbook Review

Design and Display Review
BlackBerry PlayBook weigh about 0.9 pounds, and unlike iPad 2 the BlackBerry Tablet is using 7 inch screen. It is obvious that RIM emphasizes on portability. The tablet has volume control, play and also power button at the top side. It also have a bright and vivid screen with a nice contrast. It might not be as good as the Super AMOLED plus screen; but it still delivers great visual.

CPU Review
To keep the BlackBerry PlayBook running smoothly, RIM has decided to use a 1GHz Dual Core TI OMAP processor; and it is supported with 1GB of RAM. Needless to say, the RIM BlackBerry Tablet is a fast device. There are BlackBerry PlayBook 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB.

Office Usability
BlackBerry PlayBook market target is set at business man, therefore the tablet should have a reliable virtual keyboard. There's also copy and paste shortcuts available. We often get Adobe PDF files in our business, and with this gadget you can read them since RIM is cooperating with Adobe. Beside that, there's also Adobe Flash for enjoying flash games available online.

Connectivity Review
BlackBerry PlayBook connectivity is one of a kind. There's not many internet tablet that are offering 4G network these days (or at least there's only a few of them at the moment).

Camera Review
Many other tablets are using 3 megapixel camera on the back, and standard 1.2 to 2 megapixel camera for video chat. However, the tablet uses a 5 megapixel camera on the back and 3 megapixel video chat camera. One more thing, unlike the big and wide 10 inch tablet; the 7 inch tablet's camera can be used easily, and it can also produce great images and video. You can share the images or video to your family thanks to micro-HDMI and micro-USB ports.

OS review
BlackBerry PlayBook runs on BlackBerry Tablet OS and is supported with 1GB of RAM and 1GHz dual core processor. This new OS was developed by QNX, a famous company for their reliable softwares. The BlackBerry Tablet OS will allow you to have faster multimedia and video files handling, great graphics quality, and no lag whatsoever.

Of course, there are also built in support for email and the famous BlackBerry Enterprise Server. After using the PlayBook and its BlackBerry Tablet OS, it is clear that RIM is making an all round tablet that is powerful for business market and also fun for the common market. To end this BlackBerry PlayBook review, we once again said that the BlackBerry PlayBook is a solid device, and although the screen size might be a problem for some people, we have nothing to complain about
